How to order...
To make your order come true, please follow the steps below:
- Please contact us by e-mail, website message form, phone or Facebook.
- Please tell us what you are interested in.
- We will advise you as best as we can and will offer you our best price.
- Once we make a deal, you will be asked to pay a deposit, this will let us start working on your artwork. The deposit is not returnable.
- We will send you a first proof of your artwork within 2-5 days (depending on artwork).
- Once you get your first proof you will be asked to check it carefully and tell us your changes and amendments.
- We will be working on your artwork as long as you are happy with it.
- Once you are happy with your order, you need to give us your approval (confirmation) in writting (this may be an e-mail or text message).
- Please remember, by confirming your artwork, you are taking full responsibility for what is being printed.
- Please avoid mistakes by checking your artwork carefully!
- Once you approve your artwork, we will send you an invoice and you will be asked to make a full payment.
- Please tell us the address where you want us to deliver your order.
- Once we receive the payment, we will send your artwork to print.
- Your order will be ready in 5-10 working days (depending on order).
- We will deliver your order to the address provided by you.
- Please check your order and let us know if everything is fine.
- We will be happy if you would like to give us your feedback :-)
